Introduction:
Alpha Omega Services, a wholly afghan owned company is implementing various US Government Funded projects worth over $150 Million.

Ongoing Projects Summary:
Currently, We are managing projects across Afghanistan in support of the Afghan National army (ANA), Afghan National Police (ANP), ANA Air Corps (ANAAC) and Afghan National Civil Order Police (ANCOP). We have over 600 Personnel and 6 Different Nationalities deployed in 30 different locations across Afghanistan, in support of our military contracts. We have an exceptional record of no loss or damage of weapons, spares and equipments purchased or issued to or by our teams under the US military contracts we are providing maintenance, safety, security, visibility and accountability to weapons, weapons parts and equipment worth over $5 Million belonging to the US government.

The Well Thought out management procedures, planning forward, integrating new technology and regular review and improvement of project management procedures are a few features which makes us unique-especially among Afghan owned entities.

Life Support Contract:
We are providing life support services to over 1300 residents at the Afghanistan Regional Training Center (ARTC), in Adraskan, Heart province under this contract we are providing services , such as but not limited to dining facilities (western and afghan ), Medical, Engineering, Housekeeping ,Mattresses, Bunk Beds, MWR, Laundry and utility services. The Residents include contractors such as Dyna corps, EODT, US Military, PMT, Italian Forces and Afghan instructors and student’s. We have employed over 200 staff to manage this project which has a consolidated value of over $54 million.

MARCs Containers:
We are the only company manufacturing Fire-Resistant mobile armories in Afghanistan. In the past 2 Years we have manufacture over 300 MARCs. Our latest version of Fire-Resistant MARCs is rated to give over 1 hour fire Proof.

Weapon Maintenance & Training Contract:
We are managing weapons maintenance and training contract, in support of the Afghan National Security Forces, across Afghanistan. We have over 300 qualified armorers deployed in over 30 sites across the country. We have a base workshop, spread over 4000 sq.mts, in Kabul. The base workshop has a well-protected armory, R&D unit and house of excellence (a Training Center).The quality control and management standard implemented at this workshop has earned AO SERVICES accolades from all sections of international community. Till date we have trained over 5000 ANSF soldiers and serviced over 100,000 weapons such as D-30 arty guns, crew served and personal weapons.

Afghan National Army(ANA) Human Resource Identification Card Database:
Our Company is managing the Human Resource & ID card database of ANA . Our ID card teams travel across Afghanistan to collect Human Resource & Identification card data and issue new Identification card to ANA. Since award of contract our data base team have fed over 140,000 ANA personnel data and issued Identification card. During Apr 2011, we have introduced a new Identity card which has a number of security features which are difficult to duplicate. For the first time Biometrics data is also being collected to prevent personnel with criminal and doubtful character and also identify deserters when rejoining army under false documents. Our company also has the unique distinction of being the first company to travel across all ANA locations to carry out Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI). During this process for the first time accounting of ANA personal is being carried out.

ERP Solution:
Our ERP partners, Peak Industrial solutions a Milwaukee-USA based company, have implemented ERP Solutions to manage our projects. This state of Art management tool is fully automated and can perform tasks such as, but not limited to, FDD Status, inventory management, work order generation and report generation in real time .The ERP solutions has proved to be a big asset in achieving quality control. We are probably the first and only Afghan company to recommend and implement an ERP solution on any US military contract in Afghanistan

Warehousing and Logistics Management:-
We provided warehousing and management support to the Afghan Air Force under a US military program which was awarded in 2005. During this program, we collected and created an inventory of equipment’s belonging to the Afghan Air Force we salvaged..
